Named after a Bartender in Belfast who heard and seen alot but told no tales, The Quiet Man 12 is a tripe distilled, non chilled filtered and matured in select Kentucky Bourbon Casks before being bottled at 46% vol. Time spent maturing brings out a wonderful Malt richness with notes of bourbon and vanilla. Perfect Balance of spice and honey notes on the finish.
